Immunisation Record for pre-primary children
Please submit your child's medical history and the record of vaccination and blood type for medical emergencies.

Please submit two recent passport size photos of your child.
2 Stamp Sizes Photos
Please submit two recent stamp size photos of your child.
School Leaving Certificate
If your child has moved from another school, then please submit the school leaving certificate!
GENERAL INFORMATION:
Admission to Challenger Public School is open to all children without any discrimination of caste, creed, colour or religion. Each year it attracts aspirants who wish to follow the CBSE curriculum. CPS offers complete and well-balanced education to children from Pre-Primary to the Primary level.
